10th Cavalry Canteen
Extremely rare and 100% original; 10th US Cavalry Buffalo Soldier canteen of the late Indian War period and Spanish American War; The 10th Cavalry was stationed at Fort Assiniboine in Montana prior to shipping out to Cuba where they saw action on San Juan Hill. They were then sent to the Philippines. Original cover, original untouched crossed saber stencil. The M1885 leather hanger is a shop built hanger and not an arsenal made one.

43rd USV marked Haversack
A very nicely stenciled shoulder haversack for a soldier serving in the Philippine Insurrection. Company I, US Vol soldier number 15. The same stencil appears on the reverse of the haversack very unusual, plus "Co I 43rd Infantry No 15 is stenciled in the inside flap. Nice original condition, soilded as you might expect. Both original sling rings are in place. The fastening buckle is intact although the fabric is a bit torn. The linen tongue is excellent. An extra nice sling is included as well. The 43rd USV served in the Philippines 1900-1901

7th US Cavalry Canteen
This is a most special canteen. Guaranteed to be 100% original in every way. The cover is nicely stenciled with crossed sabers and is identified to Company H, 7th US Cavalry. In addition to being a rare item, the condition is very good as well. I will provide a newly made M1885 canteen hanger made of old leather. The hanger looks just like an original.. The 7th Cavalry played a key role in the 1890 Wounded Knee Battle.
