Just posted these photos of our 3.6 inch Mortars, M1895. These were used in the Cuban Campaign and more extensively in the Philippine Insurrection and Moro Campaign. They fired a 12 pound rifle projectile, the same round used in the 3.6 inch heavy artillery cannnon of the period.

Without question, one of the rarest guns of the Spanish American War. USN #6 Maxim Nordenfeld in 37mm. This gun originally was a fully automatic firing weapon shooting one pounder shells. We have researched this piece and can document it to service on the USRC Manning which served off the Cuban coast during the period of hostilities in 1898. This gun is currently undergoing a full restoration.

This is a friction primed Hotchkiss gun made in 1892. The bore is 1.65 inches, rifled, and will shoot a 2 pound projectile. I have accurately shot this gun at 1500 meters. This type of gun was in use at the Battle of Wounded Knee, during the siege at Santiago De Cuba and in the Philippines..

Original and registered, early M1895 Colt machine gun in 30 Caliber Krag. Ordnance marked and dated 1902 US Army issue weapon. Completely functional.

The work horse of the Spanish American War. An original M1898 3.2 inch cannon. Several famous Artillery Batteries were equiped with the 3.2 gun. Capron and Grimes Battery in Cuba as well as the 6th US Artillery and the Utah Battery in the Philiippines. This gun is in working condition. A great example of a very scarce gun.

Our current project. 100% original and complete Hotchkiss 1883 5 barrel Revolving Gun. This is the Army version known as a Field gun. It was a war trophy brought back from Cuba in 1898 by the US Army. The gun was purchased originally by the Spanish government and has Spanish markings. We are working to restore the finish on the metal surfaces and have a bit of painting left. We will be shooting this gun in 2009 in Casper.

Just complete is this 1892 USN contract Pratt & Whitney 37mm One pounder gun. It is mounted on an original Brass USN cone. This gun has been documented as having served aboard the USS Vicksburg during the Spanish American War Cuban Campaign.

Excellent quality as restored by myself and Rick Pohlers. USN Driggs Engineering Company 37mm on Bronze cone. This USN gun at one time was onboard the Yacht Mizpah which was a 188 foot ship owned by Commander Eugene McDonald and plied the Great Lakes as his floating office. He also traveled the world on US missions or often exploratory and research missions. McDonald was the founder of Zenith Radio Company.
